These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Kay’s Notary Travel website and to requests you make through it. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
1. About our services
Kay’s Notary Travel provides notary services and travel planning and booking services in Brooklyn, New York. The information on this website is general information only and may change without notice.
2. No legal advice
Kay’s Notary Travel is not a law firm. Our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in New York and cannot give legal advice, choose or prepare legal documents, or explain their legal effect. Nothing on this website is legal advice. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
3. Appointment and booking requests
Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment or booking. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm it. We may decline or reschedule a request, for example because of availability or location.
4. Notary services
When we perform notarial acts:
- Notarial acts are performed in accordance with New York law. Every signer must appear in person, or by live audio-video for a remote online notarization, present current, valid government-issued photo identification and sign willingly.
- The notary may refuse a notarization if identity can’t be verified, if a signer appears not to understand the document or not to be acting willingly, if the document is incomplete, or for any other reason permitted by law.
- We are responsible only for the notarial act itself, not for the content, accuracy or legal validity of your documents or for whether a third party accepts them.
- Notary fees are set by New York law. Any travel or additional service fees are explained before your appointment.
5. Travel services
When we arrange travel for you:
- Flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages and other travel products are provided by third-party suppliers. Each booking is subject to the supplier’s own terms, including fare rules, payment, change and cancellation policies, which we explain before you book.
- Prices and availability aren’t guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and may change before then.
- You are responsible for giving travelers’ names exactly as they appear on their travel documents, and for having valid passports, visas and any other documents required for your trip.
- We recommend considering travel protection. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as supplier failures, weather, strikes or changes to government travel rules.
6. Using this website
Please use this website lawfully. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, send spam or harmful code, or try to interfere with the website’s security or operation.

The website is provided “as is”, and we don’t guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
